Ecliptica Spiral Alabaster Chandelier

The Ecliptica Chandelier rings each of its brass tiers with raw-edged slices of natural Spanish alabaster — 100% imported from Spain — every petal cut with its edge left rough, so the stone reads as if it broke away from the quarry glowing. The integrated warm 3000K LED lights the slices from within, and as the tiers step down and inward on fine cables from a brass canopy, the whole fixture cascades like rings of an eclipse. Configurations run from a single Ø 65 cm ring and linear versions for long tables to 4-, 5-, and 6-layer cascades up to Ø 160 × H 150 cm — scaled for dining rooms, grand staircases, double-height foyers, and hotel lobbies.

Natural Spanish Stone — Each Piece Is Unique

Every petal is cut from natural alabaster quarried in Spain. Veining, tone, and the raw edges vary from slice to slice — around the rings, no two petals match. Your chandelier will differ from the photos shown; this variation is the character of genuine stone, not a defect.

  • Hardwired ceiling installation — a licensed electrician is recommended, and professional installation is strongly advised for the multi-layer cascades.
  • The tiers carry real stone weight: anchor the canopy to a junction box or ceiling structure rated for the fixture — never drywall alone.
  • Cables adjust independently so every tier hangs level; they can be lengthened as required before shipping for stairwells and double-height ceilings.
  • Integrated LED — no bulb installation needed. If the LED module is ever damaged, contact us for a replacement.
  • Handle the alabaster petals with care and avoid impact — natural stone can chip.
  • For indoor use only. Not suitable for bathrooms or damp locations.

Where does the alabaster come from?

Every petal is cut from natural alabaster that is 100% imported from Spain — the same Spanish stone prized in fine lighting for its warm tone and translucency. It is genuine quarried stone, not resin or faux-alabaster glass.

Which configuration should I choose?

The Ø 65 and Ø 80 rings suit dining tables and living rooms with standard ceilings; the L 100 and L 120 linear versions run over long tables and kitchen islands. The 4-layer cascade (H 80 cm) needs roughly 3 m of ceiling height, the 5-layer (H 120 cm) suits stairwells and 3.5 m+ ceilings, and the 6-layer (Ø 160 × H 150 cm) is scaled for double-height foyers and grand entries. Send us your dimensions and we will recommend within 24 hours.

Is the Ecliptica dimmable?

The standard version is a warm 3000K light that works with a common on/off wall switch and is not dimmable. If you'd like dimming, a Triac-dimmable warm-light version is available as a custom order — contact us and we will reply within 24 hours.

Can I replace the LED?

Yes — the LED module is replaceable. Nothing needs changing in normal use, since quality LEDs of this type are rated for tens of thousands of hours; and if the LED is ever damaged, contact us and we will arrange a replacement module — we reply within 24 hours.

Does the cascade need special ceiling support?

Yes — the tiers hang dozens of real stone petals from a single canopy, so it must be anchored to a junction box or ceiling structure rated for the fixture, never drywall alone. For the 5- and 6-layer cascades we strongly recommend professional installation; a licensed electrician can confirm and reinforce the mounting point.

Can I use it in a bathroom?

No — this fixture is designed for dry indoor locations only and should not be installed in bathrooms, above sinks, or in covered outdoor areas where it could be exposed to moisture.

Why does my chandelier look different from the product photos?

The petals are natural Spanish stone with raw-cut edges, so veining, tone, and edge shape vary from slice to slice — around the rings, no two petals match, by design. No two Ecliptica chandeliers are exactly alike; this is the character of real alabaster, not a defect.

Is the Ecliptica certified for North America and Europe?

Yes. It holds certifications compatible with North America, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Australia and operates on AC 110–240V worldwide.

CASAI Lighting

"Alabaster does not merely hold light — it breathes with it, casting a warmth that cannot be manufactured, only discovered."
Formed through millions of years of slow crystallisation, alabaster is among the world's most ancient decorative stones. When illuminated, it yields a quiet, golden luminosity — gentle, organic, irreducibly human. Our collection exists to honour that rarity, designing forms that allow the stone to speak without interruption.

Natural Character
No two stones
are ever alike.
Alabaster carries within it a geological autobiography — millions of years compressed into veining, crystalline structures, and tonal shifts that no craftsman could plan or replicate
