Return and Refund Policy
 
We strive to deliver a satisfying shopping experience and offer two return categories: returns for quality issues and voluntary returns by customers. All return requests can be submitted within 30 calendar days after you receive the products. All items except free gift bulbs are covered by a 3-year limited warranty.

Return Conditions

If you return products voluntarily without quality issues, you shall bear all return shipping fees, which depend on your chosen courier.
If returns are caused by our faults, such as damaged or incorrect items upon arrival, Casailighting will cover all shipping costs.

Important Notes

Items with confirmed quality defects qualify for free returns within 30 calendar days with no extra fees charged. For voluntary returns, a 10% restocking fee based on the original product price, as well as return shipping fees, will be borne by the customer.
For quality-related issues after delivery, we provide free part replacement or full product replacement services under corresponding after-sales rules.
Clarification of 3-Year Warranty: The 3-year limited warranty applies to manufacturing defects. If product quality issues occur beyond the 30-day return window but within the 3-year warranty period, we provide free repair or free replacement of defective parts; full refund return is not available after 30 calendar days.

Non-Qualifying Return & Exchange Situations

The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange, whether free or paid:
  • Return or exchange requests submitted more than 30 calendar days after product receipt.
  • Voluntary returns for items that have been installed, used, damaged, or not kept in complete original condition and original packaging.
  • Free gift bulbs are permanently excluded from return and exchange services.

Return Process

Step 1: Submit Return Request

Contact our customer service via casailighting@gmail.com and state your return reason (attach photos or videos of the item if needed). Do not ship items before obtaining official approval. We will refuse refunds for all unauthorized direct shipments. After your request is approved, we will send you the official return address and relevant operation details.

Step 2: Repackage Goods

Please pack the items properly with all original packaging, accessories and tags. Ensure the products are unused, undamaged and kept in original condition for inspection.

Step 3: Ship the Package

Take clear photos of the package interior and exterior for file records before shipping. We recommend using an insured and trackable international shipping service.
You need to prepay shipping fees first. Casailighting will fully reimburse valid shipping costs for confirmed quality-related returns. If you require signature confirmation upon delivery, please confirm that your chosen courier supports this service in advance.
After shipment, send the shipping receipt and tracking number to casailighting@gmail.com. Please attach detailed damage evidence if the items are defective.

Refund Processing

We will strictly inspect the returned items upon receipt.
  • Confirmed quality issues: Full refund will be issued within 10 business days.
  • Voluntary customer returns: We will deduct actual return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee based on the original product price before processing the refund.
All refunds will be issued via your original payment method:
  • PayPal: Funds arrive within 1–2 business days.
  • Debit / Visa Card: Funds arrive within 7–10 business days.
A refund confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund process is completed. You may contact your bank for fund arrival updates if needed.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel or modify your order free of charge within 24 hours after placement. Order cancellation and modification are unavailable once the order has been dispatched. If you no longer need the items after receiving the package, you may submit a return request in accordance with the above return rules (return shipping fees and restocking fee apply).

Product Exchange

An exchange service is treated as a complete return plus a new purchase, and must fully comply with all the above return policies.

Reminder

We will not process any refund until we receive and complete the inspection of the returned products. Refunds will be denied if the returned items are lost, discarded or undeliverable due to customer reasons or courier problems.

Damaged & Defective Items

Please notify us within 48 hours after receiving the package for any transit damage or item defects. Failure to report within the time limit will be deemed as normal receipt. For verified transit damage, we provide free replacement of defective parts or full products for severe damage, subject to the standard return and after-sales process.
