Please note that minor delays may occur during international transportation due to customs clearance, peak seasons or courier operational issues. Order Processing Time
Processing time means the period from order placement to handover to courier.
Orders will generally be dispatched within 0–5 business days after payment and order confirmation. (Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays)
Shipping Costs & Transit Time
We offer free standard shipping exclusively for deliveries within the United States.
For all other international destinations outside the US, shipping fees will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout according to your delivery address and item weight.
We use major international couriers including DHL, FedEx and UPS.
Standard transit time: 20–25 business days
Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time, ranging from 20–30 business days (Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays)
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. The tracking number will take up to 24 hours to become active; activation and tracking update delays may happen during holidays, large promotional events or courier system maintenance.
Tracking details usually update within 48–72 hours. If you fail to track your package normally, please contact us and we will respond and resolve your issue within 48 hours.
Delayed Deliveries
If your order arrives later than the estimated 20–30 business days, please email us at casailighting@gmail.com. We will check the delivery status with the courier immediately, and provide you with a follow-up solution including delivery follow-up, reshipment or partial/full refund according to the actual logistics situation. Thank you for your understanding.
Order Cancellation & Modification
You may cancel or modify your order free of charge within 24 hours after placement. Order modifications are limited to delivery address adjustment only, and no product model, specification or quantity changes are allowed after payment confirmation. Cancellation and modification are not available once the package has been handed over to logistics. If you no longer want the items after receipt, please submit a return request in accordance with our return policy.
Taxes
No additional taxes or fees apply to orders destined for the United States; the prices listed on our website include both shipping and taxes. However, in rare instances where local customs authorities impose additional duties, taxes, or clearance fees on specific international orders, the customer is responsible for covering these costs in accordance with local regulations.
Damages During Transit
Though we take strict packaging measures, occasional damage caused by rough handling in transit may happen. Please notify us within 48 hours upon receiving the package and provide relevant photos or videos for verification. We will send replacement parts free of charge for confirmed transit damage; for severely damaged products that cannot be repaired, we will provide a full product replacement or refund solution in accordance with our return policy.
