All products purchased from Casailighting (excluding free gift bulbs) come with a 3-year limited warranty, effective from the date you receive your order.
Warranty Coverage
We provide free repair or replacement of defective parts for issues arising from manufacturing flaws or non-human damage within the warranty period. For severely damaged products, we offer full product replacement free of charge. Shipping fees caused by non-quality issues shall be borne by the customer.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to damage or malfunctions resulting from the following situations:
- Improper installation, use or maintenance by the customer
- Man-made damage, accidental collision or improper handling
- Damage caused by natural disasters, environmental factors or third-party reasons
- Free gift bulbs and other consumable accessories
- Products that have been disassembled, modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact our customer service via casailighting@gmail.com, provide your order number, and attach photos or videos of the faulty product with a detailed description.
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide corresponding solutions including return information if applicable.
- Please follow our instructions to return defective items. Casailighting will cover relevant shipping fees for confirmed quality issues.
Important Notes
- This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Casailighting reserves the right of final interpretation of this warranty policy, in compliance with relevant international regulations.
