Spanish Alabaster Chandelier

Alabaster Pebble Linear Chandelier

Six pebble-shaped alabaster shades link together end to end along a slim brass spine, each one an irregular, rounded form rather than a uniform bead. The chain hangs from three brass rods of different lengths, so the fixture sits at a gentle diagonal rather than perfectly level. Integrated LEDs light each pebble from within, and because the shapes and veining are never quite identical, no two pebbles glow exactly alike. Available in two lengths — 135 cm (53.1″) and 200 cm (78.7″) — it works well running along a dining table, above a kitchen island, or as a statement piece over a long console.

Spanish Alabaster

100% imported from Spain — each pebble is uniquely shaped and veined.

Uneven Triple-Rod Hang

Three uneven rods create a gentle diagonal profile.

Natural Spanish Stone — Each Pebble Is Unique

Genuine alabaster quarried in Spain, not resin or faux-alabaster glass. Each pebble is individually shaped, and veining and tone vary naturally from piece to piece.

Three Uneven Mounting Points — By Design

The three suspension rods are different lengths on purpose, creating the fixture's signature diagonal tilt. Plan your ceiling anchor points accordingly — this is not a manufacturing error or shipping damage.

Warm Light, Made to Order

Every Alabaster Pebble Linear Chandelier ships with a fixed 3000K warm LED for the truest reading of the stone. A Triac-dimmable version is available as a custom order — contact us.

What sizes are available?

The Alabaster Pebble Linear Chandelier comes in two lengths: 135 cm (L135 × W14 × H110 cm, 18.6 kg) and 200 cm (L200 × W15 × H150 cm, approx. 30 kg).

Does it need an electrician?

Yes — it's a hardwired fixture that should be installed by a licensed electrician. It connects to a standard junction box and works with any common wall switch (not included).

Why are the three mounting rods different lengths? Is that a mistake?

No — the rod lengths are intentional. They create the fixture's signature diagonal tilt rather than a level hang. Mark all three ceiling points before installing.

Can I install it in a bathroom or kitchen?

No — it's rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms only, and is not suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, or any space exposed to moisture. Choose it for dining rooms, living rooms, or entryways instead.

Can I dim it?

The standard fixture ships with a fixed 3000K warm LED that is not dimmable. A Triac-dimmable warm-light version is available as a custom order — contact us and we'll set it up.

Where does the alabaster come from?

Each pebble is genuine alabaster quarried in Spain — not resin or faux-alabaster glass. Because it's natural stone, shape, veining, and translucency vary from piece to piece.

Sizing & questions

Every piece is made to order in our own atelier — here is what most clients ask before choosing theirs.

What sizes are available?+

Two lengths: 53.1″ (L 53.1″ × W 5.5″ × H 43.3″) and 78.7″ (L 78.7″ × W 5.9″ × H 59.1″). The smaller fits 4–6 seat tables; the larger spans 8+ seat tables or long kitchen islands.

Can I customize the rod lengths or size?+

Yes. The 135 cm version's rods (20 + 30 + 50 cm) are adjustable on request. For unique dimensions beyond our two standard lengths, contact us—Vakkerlight's atelier builds made-to-order pieces.

What ceiling height do I need?+

The smaller version hangs 43.3″ from ceiling; the larger, 59.1″. Ensure at least 7′ ceiling clearance above dining chairs or seating. Rods are adjustable if you need lower placement.

What finish options come with this chandelier?+

Two color combinations: Gold brass frame with white alabaster pebbles, or Black frame with white alabaster. Warm light (3000K) is standard; Triac-dimmable versions are available as custom orders.

How do I clean and maintain the alabaster pebbles?+

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid moisture—alabaster is porous and not suitable for bathrooms or kitchens. Each pebble has unique veining; natural color variation is part of its character.

CASAI Lighting

"Alabaster does not merely hold light — it breathes with it, casting a warmth that cannot be manufactured, only discovered."
Formed through millions of years of slow crystallisation, alabaster is among the world's most ancient decorative stones. When illuminated, it yields a quiet, golden luminosity — gentle, organic, irreducibly human. Our collection exists to honour that rarity, designing forms that allow the stone to speak without interruption.

Natural Character
No two stones
are ever alike.
Alabaster carries within it a geological autobiography — millions of years compressed into veining, crystalline structures, and tonal shifts that no craftsman could plan or replicate
